Cadets
This club for boys in 4th-8th grades meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from mid September to mid May. We have three campouts per year, a snow outing, service projects, the pinewood car derby, a canoe derby and more! You will learn about the bible and earn merit badges of all kinds: Bible knowledge, Camping, Campfire Cooking, Small Engines, woodworking, law enforcement to name just a few. Our club has many resources including a complete workshop and activities that develop essential conservation and outdoor survival skills.
This group will start on Monday, September 21 at 7:00 p.m. The Cadet Fall Campout will be from September 25 to September 27.
Head Counselor, Willy Barslund, leads the adult male volunteers who serve as mentors and grade level leaders.
